Dave Lawson, Racer and Eco-inventor

Dave Lawson is an inventor as well as racer. I call him an eco-inventor because his inventions invariably are eco-friendly, recycling and reusing what-have-you. He kindly agreed to my request to explain the device he's standing beside.

The rain collector stands next to the garage/shop that Dave designed and built himself. As you might expect the building has features like a heated floor and overhead crane as well as all the tools and equipment a racer would have. I'm not sure but I believe Dave's garage is bigger than his house.

Dave's vast collection of cars is not at his garage. They are stored at a secret location in southern Alberta. Here's a gallery of some of Dave's cars.
