| Here's two of our former neighbours. A
few years ago feral rabbits began to appear in our neighbourhood near King
George Park. Evidently someone had released some tame rabbits in Richmond
and rabbits being rabbits they multiplied rather rapidly. Some appeared to
nest near our townhouse and we would see them daily. I wouldn't say mom
named them all but she certainly recognized them individually and reported
on their comings and goings just as she did with our human neighbours. On
one of our evening strolls I decided to bring the camera along. Eventually they became so many that the strata council decided to remove them humanely. |
