Ivan has a need for more speed in his Lotus 7.

The old lump is the 1700cc version of the Ford crossflow (AKA Kent) engine similar to the Formula Ford 1600 spec motor. When offered in the original Lotus 7 it was called the SuperSprint. It delivered around 135 BHP. Ivan's SuperSprint motor only has 7000 mi on it and is being sold to another Lotus 7 owner.

The new motor is a 2 Litre Zetec by Quicksilver RacEngines, builders of race engines for the Formula Ford 2000 Championship, among others. Ivan's motor has a few upgrades and he expects around 200 HP at the rear wheels. The Lotus 7 weighed around 1100 lbs so you do the math.
